MSI Motherboards

The second desktop, the newer one, has a MSI S939 mainboard on which an AMD 3000+ 64 bit is plugged in, has an MSI nVidia 6600 graphics card, and an Arctic Cooling Silentium case. It makes a lot more noise than the Casetek at the moment, even after I papered it with some Nexus damptek 'carpets' from the inside. Both of them aren't grounded, since there isn't any grounding in the rooms where the desktops live.
